Kathy O’Mara Scianandre, known as “KO” to friends and family, is a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for building businesses and helping people simplify their lives. Over the years, she founded multiple successful companies, including an award-winning literary publicity agency that promoted books and authors ranging from emerging writers to celebrities and New York Times bestselling authors.
She later created a concierge service designed for high-producing realtors, offering transaction management, estate cleanouts, estate sales, and decluttering services — bringing organization and peace of mind to clients during major life transitions.
A Jersey girl at heart, KO moved to Florida in 2018 to chase the sunshine, settling in Ocean Ridge with her husband, Don. Despite embracing the Florida lifestyle, she still treasures summers spent at the Jersey Shore. Together, KO and Don share a blended family of five adult children and ten grandchildren, who remain at the center of their lives.
